Cabin In The Woods

All good trail was end of drive way enough parking for three truck and trailers that are trucks and 29’ trailers only bad was pool sticks were been air hockey table was tiny and so was goose ball table .

We just returned from a 1 week stay. From detailed check in & check out instructions, everything was great. Snowmobile trail literally runs behind the cabin with easy access. Gas & General Store close by is a big plus.
Clean & comfortable with plenty of room. 2 bathrooms were a plus. Melinda and here team were great.

Great location for snowmobiling, right on the trail. Next to gas and small grocery store. Plenty of room for everyone. Melinda and her team were awesome to work with. Definitely will be back. Thanks again Erik

This cabin was perfect for our large group of snowmobilers. Set up very well to accommodate all of us and right off the trail. We spent most of our time on the trails, but loved having the game room in the evenings. The cabin provided everything we needed and we appreciated being able to get trail passes right down the road at the general store.. we even arrived ten minutes after they closed and they were happy to accommodate. Highly Recommend and everyone in the group said they would stay here again!

The house was great! There were 12 of us celebrating my 60th birthday for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the weekend! Did the pictured rocks cruise and had dinner one night at Foggys steakhouse - both enjoyable.

We had a wonderful rental experience. The location worked out well for our itinerary. We went to Marquette one day and Munising another day. We loved coming back to the house to unwind after a day of fun adventures. The kids loved the air hockey and pool tables. The host gave very good details to help find the house. Cell service is not great but the WiFi worked perfect. We would definitely recommend!

Everything was as we expected and there were no unpleasant surprises. This place plays out very nicely for a larger group. We had seven in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was ideal for our needs. The only exception was the condition of the gas grill (it's pretty old, very rickety and there was no propane tank provided). The beds could be a little more comfortable, but overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and will probably book this place again in the future.

We were a family of 11 enjoying the area. This was the perfect home base. Cozy, cute and comfortable! Everything we needed was there! Clean and organized. Even a baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep my toddler grandson safer!! Thank you!!

Thank you for a great stay. We were able to travel to the locations we wanted to see while there. It was spacious and met our needs for the trip we planned.

The cabin was overall a great experience. It's in a great location for snowmobiling. Plenty of room for 2 truck/trailer combos. It's close to a little general store with gas and great owners. It's also close to trail 7, 200 yds.
The cabin itself has a few minor issues. Pool table has bumper/pocket issues. Shallow, wierd sink. Broken recliner. No TV on the main floor.
Over all, we really enjoyed staying here.

Experience at the cabin was very good!! Had 7 adults, all had beds of some variety! Lots of kitchen utensils and places to sit on the main level. Depiction of property on website was accurate, no real surprises. Not even close to being negative but wanted to mention the pool table is pretty beat up (after our stay they were going to make some improvements!) and the firewood outside was very wet. We did not try to make a fire so it did not matter! Pretty ample trailer parking if you are going up there to ride! Great having the general store right down the road! Great location!

very nice location for snowmobiling, trail 7 runs behind the property, is a tight fit for large trailers but definately doable, litte general store down the road is a great place for fuel and supplies as well!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the cabin in the woods home, we love it and it will not be our last stay.

Kitchen sink needs to be deeper. Very annoying with high faucet and shallow sink which results in water splashing back on you when washing dishes. The two supplied pool cues had tips that were partially broken and no chalk to be found. With outside temps near 30F, it was too cold for a fire outside so making use of the pool table was what we did. Some of the furniture was ripped as I noted in my text message. We enjoyed our stay and will likely visit again.

This is my second year renting this home. Plan on doing third year next year. Owners upgraded with propane heating, which we choose to utilize the existing wood burning stove. They also finished the basement with pine boards. Major improvement. Highly recommend. Rental agent is a pleasure to work with.

We had a great time staying in this cabin by the forest. Very spacious and cozy. I would surely come back and recommend it to friends!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything we needed with lots of space! We loved the cabin feel especially all the trim work and ceilings! Keeping this place on our list for future stays!

We had a great time at “cabin in the woods.” It was beautiful. We had everything we needed when we arrived. The house was clean and organized. It wasn’t too hot ever.. I wish the hot water would have lasted longer but we did have a big party of people. All and all, it was a great place to rent for a giant family. Lots of memories were made there.. thank you. Also, Melinda was amazing. She was helpful and friendly, even when I was over stressed and overwhelmed. I enjoyed working with her!

This was a great place to stay! Everything was very nice and clean and it was perfect for our 3-generation group. It was comfortable, well stocked with basic items, and had the extra bonus of the game tables in the basement. We would definitely stay there again.
