June 27th , 2024 To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter of recommendation for Pictured rocks vacation rentals. We first meet Melinda, owner of PRVR in 2017. Melinda was the realtor that sold us our current rental. We mentioned to Melinda that we were considering putting our house on the market as a VRBO, she said she was just getting started with rental properties. We decided to take a chance with her and within a couple of months we were up and running. Melinda had her team come in and take pictures for the website and made great suggestions that would help keep our property competitive in the rental property market. Melinda and her team does it all. Her team handles all reservations, all the customers needs and any issues that may occur. Her cleaning crew does an amazing job. The attention to details with bedding, like pillowcases folded in a way that you would see in a 5-star hotel. The towels are always folded and placed on the shelf in a certain way that catches your eye as an owner and a renter. PRVR has a great owner portal. It shows all the bookings, calendar, income, email communication, and best of all the earnings per month. Overall, we have been with PRVR for 7 years now and wouldn’t change anything. We are very happy we have Pictured Rocks Vacation Rentals as our property manager. I wish you the best in your search for a management company.
