Housekeeping Manager

Job description:

Manage Cleaning Team:

Manage Housekeeping Dept

· Be in charge of hiring, reviewing and disciplining cleaners throughout the year

· Provide training to cleaners on each property before sending them alone

· Schedule cleaners for each rental, follow up with cleaners to confirm start time and end time

· Print Daily Reports and monitor and keep scheduling board updated

· Keep laundry going at all times, when out of the office ensure there is someone at office to keep laundry going as needed and within budget. Communicate with all managers and administrative assistant to ensure all guest services and laundry duties are being accomplished as needed when out in the field.

· Monitor and ensure all properties have cleaning supplies, garbage is being removed and maintenance is followed up on and do property checks prior to arrivals

· Be in charge of monitoring SOS is being cleaned and maintained 2x per week. Cleanings must be completed the day before SOS open days.

Manage Maintenance

· Monitor all maintenance issues on vacation rentals

· Ensure all purchases, maintenance and repairs are being scheduled within 24-48 hours. It is imperative all issues are resolved and not postponed until end of season. This position was created to ensure all properties are being maintained efficiently. When unable to meet these requirements, you must ask team members for assistance with tasks.

· Assist with Rental Guardian claims and ensure accurate data is collected for claims in a timely manner

Inventory Control

· Track cleaning inventory weekly and place cleaning orders monthly or as needed

· Compare pricing with vendors semi-annually and/or on a regular basis to stay within budget

· Manage budget and review with management team monthly

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson is a plus

```Duties:```

-Assistant to guest services manager, providing customer service by answering incoming phone calls, emails and monitoring all messaging apps by responding to all inquiries

-Assist with laundry and cleaning supply orders

-Assist with coordinating maintenance calls and follow ups while also submitting insurance claims and process paperwork as needed.

-Office Manager duties such as office supply inventory, assist with scheduling, maintaining office cleanliness and organization and assist with marketing
- Assist real estate agents in managing administrative tasks and daily operations
- Prepare and maintain real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and closing statements
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Conduct market research and assist with property listings

Vacation Rental Cleaner

Job description:

We are a team-oriented company looking for seasonal workers to help us provide quality services to our guests! Our customers rely on us to provide a clean, safe and relaxing homes while they are on vacation in our beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We work hard and love what we do!

This is a seasonal position and competitive wages are based on experience. Pay will range from $13.00-$18.00/hr, per property. Hours could range from 8-32/wk 7 days per week. Flexible hire dates.

General Cleaning Duties will include:

laundry, making beds, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows bathrooms, kitchens, and all areas of home.

Cleaning grills, outdoor patio, yard clean up, and general maintenance that may arise to ensure home is clean and well maintained for next guest arrival.

Communicate with management on necessary maintenance, supplies needed, inventory and damages.

Training will be provided.

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented, and have ability to do and learn how to do general maintenance.
